With the current Covid 19 restrictions in effect, many people in the community are in need of support for their mental health and physical isolation. Parentline - 13 22 89 - open 8am-midnight, talk about issues to do with parenting, child relationships, coping strategies, positive parenting.

FriendLine - run by friendly volunteers who are up for a chat. Lines are open 6-8pm Tues to Thurs and 2-5pm Sat and Sun. Contact on 1800 424 287 or online chat via their website. 

Older Persons Covid-19 Support Line - provides information and support to senior Australians. Call Monday to Friday (except public hols) 8.30am-6pm on 1800 171 866. There's also lots of information here.

Covid-19 hotline - 1800 675 398 call if you have any questions about current restrictions or Covid health concerns. Also if you are feeling lonely, call the hotline and then press '3' and you can speak to a Red Cross volunteer.
