This established support group meets monthly for support, friendship, information exchange, empowerment and outings. There is also and annual carers' retreat. All carers of adult children with disabilities are welcome.

The Men's Breakfast provides an opportunity for men to relax and chat over a simple breakfast. Participants are able to feel at home in a supportive, non-competitive enviroment.

Computer Group |

This is a social group for those who have completed our beginner's classes and wish to continue to improve their skill and learn. Supported by and experienced tutor, group members can exchange ideas, share knowledge and build up their confidence in computing.

Walking Groups |
|
|
|
|
In our walking groups you can make a one hour brisk walk around the neighbourhood including Cresswell Forest or take a leisurely 45 min walk within this natural bushland. Both groups then combine for a morning tea.
The leisurely walk is also available one evening during the daylight savings period.

There is a competitive scrabble group and two social groups. You can be stimulated, learn new words and make new friends.

This group is for those who want to find out more about your ancestors but don't know where or how to begin, or would like to know how to do the research.
Begins with a short introduction session and continues on to "How to Research". Also includes field trips to the local library and other organisations to gather information.
