I am here to tell you there is another way! If you would like to find out more on how you can learn to tame your mind, reshape your thoughts to become more positive, find more pleasure in the simple joys of life, better manage your emotions and be more present and connected with your children and make time for YOU! Join me for a 4 week introductory course where you will learn about mindfulness, meditation and strategies you can take away and start using to assist in cultivating the life you want! Group numbers will be small to maintain an intimate and personalised group feel.
Duration: 4 weeks- Start date: 18th July Time: Monday 9:30-10:45am
The Watsonia Home Gardening Group meets the first Saturday of the month (except January) at 12 - 2pm.
This group meets to share practical information and gain hands-on experience on a range of topics relevant to the home gardener, including composting, weed control, soil improvement, plant propogation and seed saving.
Each session is hosted by a facilitator or guest speaker. $5 per adult, kids are free.
The Term 3 & Term 4 2016 Program has now been released with exciting new classes as well as the old favourites.
