Our Exciting New Classes for 2014
|Baby You're Fit|
Exercising safely during pregnancy has many positive benefits for mother and baby. With the help of a fit-ball and a fully qualified Pregnancy instructor you can maintain a level of fitness, health and balance. In the class your posture will improve and will help prevent common problems in pregnant women.
|Sewing Made Easy|
Make or alter clothes to fit at a fraction of the cost. Pick up the skills to navigate pattern instructions, to sew different fabrics and simple tips to make the process fun. Learn how to make better use of your sewing machine. From beginners through to advanced, this class is for all levels and age groups Sewing machine provided or B.Y.O.
|Tarot Card Reading|
Tarot readings can provide insight, clarification, or verification because they mirror the situation to enable you to get a clear picture. This class aims to awaken your psychic or intuitive abilities and develop a basic understanding of tarot cards and the relationship between the two to enable you to interpret the cards.
In this class you will learn the difference between the cards, the reading process plus practice sessions will be included.
Body Ballet is an adopted complex of exercises. A set of choreographic stretching and strengthening exercises to music. The benefits of the ballet based workout are elegance and grace, a sculpted body, flexibility, reduced body fat, improved balance, improved posture, toned arms and legs plus increased energy and stamina.
Your body is designed to move. Even with very gentle moves it can ease pain and release tension. This session will connect you to your sense of mobility as energy stimulates the joints. Maintain flexibility, develop balance and stability through muscle action.
|Computers for Beginners|
Computer basics plus: what is the Internet, start your own blog "it's free". What are wikis, understanding Skype, what is Twitter, what is Facebook and how to use it safely. All this and more in the class.
