Mindful Mums Workshop

‘Building the connection with ourselves and our world’

Does any of this sound familiar???

Do you....
• Feel like you’re constantly chasing your tail?
• Find your mind wandering off and getting lost in thought?
• Find it hard to switch off from your day, rehashing things over and waking in the night?
• Find it hard to enjoy the simple things in life, which should give you fulfilment?
• Feel like you are easily reactive to events that occur during the day?
• Find the only way to calm yourself down is numbing yourself using... tv, alcohol, food, social media?

I am here to tell you there is another way! If you would like to find out more on how you can learn to tame your mind, reshape your thoughts to become more positive, find more pleasure in the simple joys of life, better manage your emotions and be more present and connected with your children and make time for YOU! Join me for a 4 week introductory course where you will learn about mindfulness, meditation and strategies you can take away and start using to assist in cultivating the life you want! Group numbers will be small to maintain an intimate and personalised group feel.
